Top notch experience! Josh was responsive and worked with me to figure out the best approach for refinishing my pool. The work was done quickly and I could tell they took great care to ensure the finish was just right. I had a million questions and he answered them all with patience. And I know if I have questions in the future, he will answer those too. The price was fair and transparent. In a world where pool companies are the subject of some people's nightmares, Southern Pools is a dream.

Definitely one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. His communication is excellent. He shows up when he says he will. He’s honest about pricing and his prices are definitely fair. He was able to fix all of the problems and kept me informed about everything. The craftsmanship is clean and tidy. I can’t recommend this company enough.

If you’re looking for a pool this is the company to call. I have been looking to install my dream pool for about 4 years now and I have met with quite a few pool companies and this one in my opinion is the best at making sure you understand the process, what they can and can’t do and most importantly what they wont do, which is skip on quality. Were they the cheapest NO, were they the most expensive NO, but were they the clearest in communication and setting customer realistic expectations- YES. As of right now my pool is on a temporary pause until I can make a decision on a different style pool as my preferred model is no longer in production, but without a doubt this is the company to choose.
I personally worked as head of customer service for a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years and this pool company has clear customer service standards that they live by daily. I am not related to anyone in the company nor am I getting anything other than spreading goodwill with this review.
I highly recommend Southern Pools of Florida! Matt and Josh consulted, made solid recommendations, and provided continuous follow up throughout the entire process which was a lot shorter than I imagined. Their attention to detail was very impressive. I found some of the original pool tiles in our attic and they remodeled the entire pool using them on the floor and stairs as they were prior. They continue to follow up to this day. It’s been about two years and it looks amazing. We’ve had zero issues!
